The staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I loved the spacious double room and the well-stocked bathroom with a great shower.

The hotel had a central setting which was easy to access from the train station. It was close to the funicular railway that leads to the mainline station. - I truly enjoyed the spacious and airy room.

Nicely decorated hotel in a spotlessly clean building with magnificent views of the lake. Varied breakfast and a lot of goodies. Magnificent location in the peaceful area, close to the trolley station and the lake and the Berner Oberland- beautiful. For tea or coffee visit Bleu Cafe nearby. Very nice overall experience.

The setting is marvellous and incredible. It's very close to the bus to the Swiss factory, bus station, and the lakeside. - Place Pury is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The staff here was super friendly and always ready to help out 😊. The location is perfect, being so close to the funicular railway, the lake, and the stunning Alps. It was great having Le Bouchon nearby for a delicious dinner.

Conveniently located near the city center and the underground funicular. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast offered great value for the price. The room was clean and the soundproofing was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.

Our Hotel Des Arts room was clean spacious and very comfortable. It was newly refurnished in Ikea style furniture and had the amenities that made our stay comfortable. After a long drive it was also nice that the hotel was easy to find and it was easy to park the car. Breakfast was very good.

Free WiFi was not working properly

The Hotel Des Arts in Neuchatel has a great location with nice street views. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center. During my stay, I enjoyed a pleasant evening at la taverne neuchateloise, which was just a short walk away from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers free WiFi in the rooms.

The hotel is in very good condition, decent size room, no bad smells, well maintained, near the old city and near public transportation, in a quite room. Definitely recommend.
